At Silver State Armory, we don't just load ammunition, we manufacture the brass cases too. Each piece of SSA brass starts with our specially formulated brass cup that is manufactured to precise metallurgical standards. After undergoing 12 manufacturing and annealing processes, rigorous measurement and inspection steps are taken to ensure that every piece of SSA brass meets exacting standards for dimensional tolerance, consistency and overall quality.
What makes an SSA brass case a superior brass case?
- Proprietary Base Hardening Process - achieve at least 2-3 times the reloading life of our brass cases compared to the competition
- Powder Capacity - on our .308WIN cases, 1.5-2.0 additional grains of powder capacity (compared with the competition) provides higher velocity and better accuracy.
